Due to the enforcement rights from the EA that requires all off mains drainage systems to be upgraded to fall in line with the general binding rules (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/general-binding-rules-small-sewage-discharge-to-a-surface-water) we have upgraded an existing septic tank that was failing to a compliant level. On this project we felt a Marsh Ensign Treatment system was fit for purpose. The Installation was conducted inline with the Manufacturers guidelines and BC regulations.
