Works: Treatment plant installation

After some recent bad luck with his septic tank failing, we at Below Ground Solutions installed a sewage treatment plant for this very happy customer:

“After failure of our old original above ground brick constructed septic tank I was forced into replacing it. Much research & time was invested into which system to install & which company could do the job cost effectively & efficiently.

After several meetings with potential contracting companies I chose Below ground Solutions owned & run by Mr.Dan Hudson. He had recently carried a major installation at another site in the New Forest & so was aware of the requirements of working in the National Park.

The site his installation team had to work on was challenging to say the least. Restricted access, having to excavate into a hillside & with unfavourable weather conditions. All these conditions whilst difficult didn’t faze the team, they worked hard, overcame every challenge & were both polite & friendly whilst carrying out their duties. They kept me informed at all times as to how the job was progressing & assured me that   the waste water system would only be out of use for a very short time whilst they did the final tie ins, this was very much the case.

The work met all the standards laid down by the LPA (Local Planning Authority) & the building officer was very pleased with what the team had done.

On completion of the job the team tidied up all around where they had been working & even made good the ground that had been scarred by the movement of vehicles over it.

Dan carried out all the necessary paper work, including planning, ordering & supply of plant & materials & completing warranty/guarantee work.

As a customer it has been a pleasure to deal with Below ground Solutions, Dan & his team of Lee, Chris & Jodie.

Many thanks from a very happy & satisfied customer 👍👍 “
