Our customer approached us about his septic tank failing and a soakaway not being ideal due to ground conditions within the grounds.

We looked at alternative options such as modern treatment plant or off main system.

We conducted testing and feasibility studies to ensure what would work best.

There was an option for the customer to connect to the main sewer but this was a large project that involved several governing bodies such as local authorities, traffic control and water authorities.

We agreed an option and planned works, throughout the process and design we communicated with the customer and organised various visits.

The works were assessed and passed by authorities upon completion,

The work was conducted and completed within a good time scale and the customer seemed happy with the service provided
