Off mains drainage system upgraded to treatment plant | Treatment Plant Experts

Our drainage helpline got a call late one night from a potential customer who had been left in an awkward situation at his house in Swadlincote. The customer had agreed with another contractor to have a new treatment plant installed at his property to upgrade his old septic tank system. He had unfortunately been let down by his other contractor, and he needed our drainage expertise to help with the installation at short notice. The new tank was being delivered to site the follow Monday and he was in desperate need of a contractor install the new treatment plant within the timescale. We arranged with the customer to have our expert drainage team to arrive on site on Monday morning to meet the delivery of the tank.

Our drainage team arrived on site on Monday morning, we met the customer and with the plans left by the old contractor we could provide a quote for the installation of the new tank and the other works that were needed. The customer accepted our costs and we could begin the installation of the customers new Marsh treatment plant. We excavated in the customer garden to create the capacity needed to install the new treatment plant. We installed the tank, using our years of experience to handle the tricky and unusual situation regarding the installation.

Once the tank was installed we tested the system to confirm the new tank was working correctly. We could then backfill and reinstated the area of the garden where we had been working. We talked the customer through the tank that was installed and provided the customer with the guarantee of the works that we had carried out on this project.
